She came from a weight of 65kg and cutting it down to 48kg in just 7months. She also posted how she did it and what she ate during the process.

Marami akong work out routine na ginagawa. Minsan nga gaya gaya nga lang ako sa nakikita ko sa YouTube eh. Marami kayong ma se-search sa YouTube na workout routine, dipende rin sa kung ano yung target nyong i enhance. May mga YouTube channel din for fitness like blogilates, Chloe ting, fitness blender.

“Afternoon” pag nasa mood at na motivate (Gym more on cardio lang) 3pm to 4pm (once or twice a week)
At home 3pm to 4pm
5times a week. Oh diba pang patayan!

Yes to Veggies and chicken, fish! Yun lang kinakain ko.
