A video shared by Health for All Women shows what happens when an instant noodles is digested inside the body. According to the video, there were researchers who decided to put a small camera into the stomach of patients in order to see what happens inside their digestive tract.
It turns out that two hours after eating instant noodles, they are still intact inside the intestine of the patient. This suggests that the time it takes for the noodles to be completely digested is very lengthy.
Well, this is bad news for your stomach as it stays exposed for a long period of time to toxic preservatives like tertiary-butil hydroquinone as well as monosodium glutamate which are all active ingredients of instant noodles.
This study also suggest that there are more negative effects that are spotted in women. They tend to have a greater chance of developing metabolic syndrome as compared to those who seldom eat noodles.
The research also shows that no matter how much women exercise or have a good diet, if they tend to eat at least two instant noodles in a week, they have a 68% chance of developing metabolic syndrome.
