WATCH: Gunman opens fire on the crowd of a concert leaving atleast 20 dead and 100 injured

In a music festival in Las Vegas, at least one gunman unloaded hundreds of rounds of ammo which killed 20 people, including 2 police officers and left more than 100 people injured. There were an estimated 30,000 people who attended the event.

Las Vegas strip has been completely shut down after the sniper opened fire on Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival from the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay resort and casino.

The gunman appeared to open fire on the Route 91 Harvest festival from the Mandalay Bay Casino. Unconfirmed reports were made of shots at the Bellagio. McCarran International Airport is now gradually reopening

Police reported that they have killed one suspect, and that they believe that there are no more shooters. The said shooter was killed after the authorities breached Mandalay Bay with explosives.

Police are now looking for a woman named Marilou Danley, whom they believe can give the essential information that could help in their investigation. She and the shooter are believed to be roommates or companions: their precise relationship is not known yet.

The police are now trying to locate two vehicles that they said belonged to the shooter: a Hyundai Tucson with license plate 114 B40, and a Chrysler Pacfica with license plate, 19D 401.

They also advised everyone in the vicinity to continue staying in their place until they can guarantee the safety of everyone.

Two police officers who have engaged with the shooter have been hospitalized, one is in critical condition, the other one is less severely wounded. They have not yet been identified.

Witness Breanna Hendricks, who is in Vegas celebrating her 21st birthday, said: ‘There was a lady who came running up behind us in the concert and she started to play with people’s hair acting crazy and she told us that we’re all going to f***ing die.

‘She said they’re all around us and we were going to die,’ continued Hendricks, whose mom Shawn Hendricks also witnessed the startling altercation.

‘She was Hispanic, probably about 5ft 5, brown hair. It felt like she had knowledge of what was about to happen, her and her boyfriend who was also Hispanic.

‘The woman was saying her boyfriend couldn’t breathe so they could get through the crowd.

‘It seemed she was telling us to either warn us or she was part of it and she was telling us because she knew we were going to die, it was so scary.’

It’s not clear whether what she witnessed is related to the shooting or not.

Irregardless, let us all just continue to pray that there are no more casualties that will all up to the number of deaths the incident caused.
